I own a Dell Dimension 8200 Desktop. It's important that I'm competent to burn images onto a compact disc as I have within the past, but immediately when I send files to burn, it say there isn't a disc in my rock-hard drive. I've tried many times to turn off/on the computer, and enjoy changed the blank CD frequent times as well. Any thoughts?
disc Burner won't burn.?
Will the drive play anything. Could be a loose head. Open up your PC and check the integrity of the connections.
Otherwise it's probably a new drive - not too expensive at the moment.
Try it with another software. If that won't work, possible that your compact disc Burner is dead.
Is your computer underneath warranty?
