Can't go and get rid of the colored point up of desktop icon?

I tried to regulation it by right-clicking desktop and going to Properties, then Desktop. You can move the color of the highlight, but I couldn't find a mode to get rid of the underscore?

Anyone know a way?

Would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

Can't go and get rid of the colored point up of desktop icon?

right click on the desk top...select arrange icon by... the uncheck lock web items on desktop, That should do it
click on a blank bit of the screen. It should turn rotten the highlight.
Depends on your operating system. But similar to you said, in the properties, after right clicking on the desktop, in that is a color option lower than the desktop tab, and under the appearance tab, moderately a few more options, including a them, which may be what your refering to.
What I did, be I made the Desktop background color a flotilla blue, and then I set the Selected Items color, like color and made the text of the Selected Items color white.

If I do click on a god, it will show the color, but if nothing is clicked, near is no color behind the primer
yes, you can.

1) go to start menu, right click on [My Computer]

2) select [Properties]

3) click [Advanced]

4) on Performance click [Settings]

5) check the box that said

[Use drop shadows for god labels on the desktop]

6) after click OK

7) and OK again

and there you'll hold the icon short colored highlight
