Can i remove window 2000 bureau from my computer?

Hmmm. This is a confusing cross-examine.

Windows 2000 and Windows XP are operating systems.

Windows 2000 Office is an application.

Win XP does not come with an organization component - Word, Excel etc.

If you use those, then you are using Office 2000 and you don't want to delete that surrounded by that case. If you are NOT using the Office applications, next by all money delete them. There should not be a problem with doing so.
I'm not sure if you are conversation about Windows 2k as an operating system or Office (word excel etc.). If you are chitchat about bureau:

Start/Control Panel/Add/Remove software, and pick office 2000.

If you are conversation about operating system you hold to format the partition it is located on.
Windows 2000 Office is an application while XP Home is an Operating System. Do you niggardly Windows 2000 Professional? To remove an Office application go to Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - click on the item contained by the list of installed programs and after click on Remove. Be advised that removing an Office aplication mode you will have no Word or Excel facility
