Can we install Linux beside window NTFS hedge as dual boot?

Can we install Linux beside Windows NTFS partition as dual boot?



Please suggest, i surmise there is no solution for this.. If you own any idea, Please share.. Many appreciation in mortgage..

I am not quite sure what you are asking. If you are asking if you can dual boot Linux and Windows - the answer is as expected yes you can.

There are two ways to approach running Linux. You can run the 'live' CD which does not install the operating system to your rock-hard drive. There is a decrease within performance using this method - but you go and get to keep the complete hard drive formatted contained by NTFS.



The other method is to install to the hard drive to dual boot. You will enjoy to partition your complex drive - Linux has a different database sytem then Windows.

yeah resize the ntfs divider and install linux on the empty space. It really doesn't concern of the filesystem that windows have.
