When you install RAM chips all of them should be tantamount in everything... size and speed and type.
likelihood are no
I just asked this interrogate yesterday to a shop, and they said no. They even said that the two memory modules that you will both use should be of the same pro, say 1GB. Both modules should be 1GB if not it will crash.
Anytime!

Go ahead. BIOS is so forgiving, it will just read the SPD of respectively module then synchronize the speed to that of the slowest module. Latency/timings will also be set to that of the slowest module.

Identical modules are single necessary when you want to run dual trench memory mode in a motherboard to be exact capable of such.

Clean the previously empty slot w/ a small paint brush. Reseat the additional module twice past locking it in place.
