I am using P5B mother board for six months on 5 separate systems surrounded by my office and their CPU heat is around 65 to 75 degree and MOBO warmth is about 45 scope , i have 3 ,8 inch overnight case fan and i use nouns conditioner in my department , the heatsink connected carefully and i am using arctic silver cement. asus web site does not reply to my problem and copious many simillar topics vanished unanswered within asus official trellis site

Your monitoring software may not be that accurate. Try using Core Temp for the cpu.

Also try other softwares to check system (chipset) temperature.
Also receive sure that rear fan are exhaust and front is intake so that there is right airflow inside the case.
65 to 75 amount s is quit low
