You have one internal usb header (giving you two usb ports) and four usb ports contained by the back.
There are four SATA ports.
p.s. Although the system you are building is immaculately fine, I just needed to clear something from a question you asked concluding week and was given as Best Answer by the voters. The guy claiming that AMD processor are faster and run cooler than the Intel Core 2 series have no idea what he's conversation about. There be a time (for about 3 years) that AMD chips be better, however, since the introduction of the Core 2 Series, that is no longer the travel case...by far. Look on any of the review sites (anandtech.com, etc) and they'll tell you as much. A lot of the those answering questions on this board are preteen and young kids that have no model what they're talking more or less. Be aware.
I'm not saying to correction your setup, it'll work fine for your needs, purely more of a technical correction.
