Hello, I enjoy a Dell Dimension 2400 and I am trying to get a unknown,preferbly Dell, Computer. The computer needs to know how to run Adobe Premire. ( 2Gb ram, 250 see Memory, ect.)

only go to dell.com and build your own computer right on their website. You can customize it so you can return with the price you want and still get the features you want.
