Buy a hp computer short operating system?

Well.I enjoy a hp computer at home but I'm going off to college so I'm going away it here so that means I requirement a computer. I would wondering do anyone know of a Real site that sell hp computers lacking os because really all I'm going to do is copy mines(hard drive) to the exotic one so that would be a wate of money. I don't mind if it's refurish or not. When people articulate refurish, they think cheap, but I guess saves$$$. Price range is 200-399. I merely want the cpu because I already got almost 500 dollars in a monitor, mouse, grand piano, or speakers. No graphics card install but slot for one please^_^. Used is somewhat ok in my luggage but it need to be tested. Ram- roughly speaking 512 with upgrade.

Sorry if I seem to be mean but I consideration too many topics beside a answer that is say in most ancestors eyes I don't know or This just a post. I have worked beside 'refurbs' before and it have worked out ok.

Reminder - you will not be able to simply copy the operating system from your old computer to the unknown one - the motherboard drivers will be different - it will require a complete install. If you hold the CD that will not be a problem. Also, next to Windows validation - that CD will just be able to be registered or activate on one computer.

Eh, eBay is a good bet for that request, but you are much better sour assembling it yourself. You don't need a rugged drive for example, unless you are upscaling.
