Can any body find delete video's from strong disk?

I have my sex video recorded direct on my tricky disk. I have no wall of my disk (80GB). I edit my said show with skylight movie maker and made a compact disc. Alter that i deleated it from My Videos file as in good health as from Window Movie Maker. Now i am selling my Laptop, can any one get it rear legs from my HardDisk. I never formet my Window XP. Its still the Factry Installed. Plase help me... Regards

simple answer is yes they can, if they know what they are doing.

If it is economically viable remove your hard drive and replace it near a new one, excluding that goto a computer store and get it removed.
I would create a folder and plague it up with data\movies untill your unyielding is full and then delete the folder. This is after I'm sure I've delete the video I don't want them to see. I would do this just to be sure that where on earth ever this unwanted video was that any trace of this video get overwritten with this alien folder I'm filling up beside data\movies.
