Choppy video on my mac?

Its not a thoroughly good computer but it works but it can t run youtube vids next to out being choppy are at hand any plugins for it. it is also slow with window media video..Help is there a plug contained by my quicktime works but not the ones online..

I have a iMac 600MHZ Power workstation G3 verz. 10.3.9 with 512 mb SDRAM

that doesn't sound resembling a hardware issue. It sounds like any a browser issue, or a bandwidth issue. Do you have a broadband nouns? Are you using something like clearwire, or a WAN card (not WLAN)? Also, enjoy you tried different web browsers - Safari, Opera, Firefox?
