Bootmgr missing?

I maintain getting this message...I just get the computer today, and it was running fine...I turned it rotten then go to turn it on again later and I attain this message...I have see this a couple times in RunQA.com but nil has help...and my recovery disc other reads error...back please...

download (partition table doctor) and after running it just use the Fixboot tool to fix your bootmgr.
