Best motherboard for Pentium D 950?

I own a pentium D 950 3.4 ghz and Asus P5vdc as motherboard, I am looking to replace it with a better and more powerful motherboard, The board is ok but have only 64mb as its clear memory, I would like a motherboard near at least 128 mb of illustrative memory(or more). Can you suggest one please. I DONT WANT TO PURCHASE A GRAPHIC CARD!
